Kena mahapran mara dehi ase
Kena phire chale jai
Hetha ache jara kende halo sara
Shishu sama asahai

I know not why the great, immortal souls
Accept a mortal body, mortal frame,
And why they return to their Source,
The Transcendental Heights.
From there, when they return,
What they see here is a sea of
Helplessness-tears,
Like a child’s helplessness-tears.
